A few plain answers about who we are and how we work.
A small property-buying group based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We buy houses and small residential properties from their owners and close through a local title company.
Single-family houses, duplexes, and small rental properties in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, and Ellis counties. Condition doesn't matter to us; we buy properties as they stand.
You share the address and a little about the property. We review it and send a written purchase offer with a price and a proposed closing date. You take whatever time you need to decide.
If you accept, both sides sign a standard Texas purchase contract and the title company handles the closing. You're paid at closing.
We write to owners of properties we'd consider buying. If you're not interested, reply "no" and you won't hear from us again. We keep a permanent list of people who've asked us not to contact them.
We don't sell or share it. What you send us is used only to communicate with you about your property.
